Life Celebration / Funeral Ceremony

Service Description

A life celebration or funeral ceremony should feel human, honest and worthy of the person being remembered. I work with families to understand the person’s life, character, relationships, stories, humour, values and legacy. From there, I write and hold a ceremony that creates space for grief, memory, love and farewell. This may include eulogy writing, readings, music, family contributions, symbolic gestures and coordination with the funeral director or venue. The tone can be traditional, spiritual, gentle, celebratory, grounded or a blend of all of these.
